Valid for saltwater fishing from the shoreline or a structure affixed to shore. Not valid when fishing from a vessel, or a shoreline reached by vessel. Not valid if taking or attempting to take by swimming or diving.
If you are over the age of 16 or under 65 and are an out of state resident you need to have saltwater fishing license applicable for this fishing excursion. The non-resident 3-day Florida saltwater fishing license is $17.00. Non-resident 7-day Florida saltwater fishing license is $30.00. Non-resident annual Florida saltwater fishing license is $47.00.

Cancellations are accepted up to 5 days prior to your reserved charter date. If you decide to cancel your booking less than 5 days in advance, a $100 deposit will not be refunded. There is no cost to the client for cancellation made by the guide due to poor weather conditions. You will be notified as soon as that decision has been reached in advance of your charter date and your deposit will be refunded free of charge. Please note that cancelling the day of will forfeit the trips amount in its entirety.
