1-15 Minutes: Overview | How-To
Walks one through what to look for when setting up for a day of surf fishing along the Florida beaches from cocoa beach to Sebastian Inlet. Including how to strategize for current conditions with the waves, wind, tides, current and water clarity. This overview informs you on the factors that contribute from the start, to a successful day or day filled with frustration. This time is spent going over all the equipment including rods, reels, rigs, baits, pole spikes, and tools needed for a productive day of surf fishing from the shoreline of the beaches.
15-30 Minutes: Fish & Learn
Teaching casting individually to those that are interested and if not we bait and cast them and you stay busy reeling in the fish , take however much initiative and action as you desire , allowing each individual to choose a hands on or hand-off approach to each individual step during their surf fishing experience, the choice is yours.
30 Mins – 3 Hours: Fish, Fun, Experience
At the thirty minute mark we look to have all participants comfortable handling the gear. At this time most participants take pride manning their own surf rod, anticipating a strike to reveal the action of a fish biting. Highlighting the information as applicable in the actual setting while you’re reeling in trophy catches and casting on your own. A unique beach fishing immersion experience with your toes in the sand absorbing the fun in the sun. Finish the day in style by having your guide clean your fresh catch to enjoy at home or one of our local seafood restaurants.
